How to set up a business and register it

1) 2) 3) 4) First Start Shop (FSS) – Neufög forms (takes 10 minutes) Notary for company agreement (takes 1 hour) Entry in the Firmenbuch (takes less than 2 hours) Register business with FSS (takes 15 minutes): - Firmenbuch extract - Authorised representative must attend in person - Valid passport - Wording of business - For regulated businesses: proof of competence/ability - Date from when you would like to start trading
