							PELA RETIRADA DO PROJETO DE LEI 1845/03

Senhores Deputados:

O SINDICATO DOS JORNALISTAS DE ..................., filiado à Federação Nacional
dos Jornalistas (FENAJ), reivindica a retirada do projeto de lei 1845/03, de autoria
do deputado Carlos Nader, que pretende alterar a Lei 6.615/78, que regulamenta a
profissão de Radialista, pelas seguintes razões:

1. Busca levar para a Lei 6.615/78 que regulamenta a profissão de Radialista
funções que são privativas dos Jornalistas (Decreto Lei 972/69 e Decreto
83.284/79) e dos Publicitários.

2. Suprime o Quadro Anexo à Lei 6.615 que define os títulos e descrições das
funções em que se desdobram as atividades dos Radialistas.

3. Retira do Decreto 84.134/79 que regulamenta a Lei 6.615/78 várias funções
exercidas nas rádios e televisões.

4. Não tem respaldo das categorias envolvidas, visto que sequer foi discutido nos
fóruns e instâncias representativas dos trabalhadores, antes de ser apresentado
no Congresso Nacional.

5. Ao contrário do anunciado objetivo, o projeto em nada contribui para adequar a
profissão de Radialista às inovações tecnológicas; ao contrário, pretende
desregulamentar várias funções exercidas nas rádios e televisões, inclusive as
previstas nas legislações profissionais dos Jornalistas e Publicitários.



Diante do exposto, nos dirigimos a V.Excias. para - em defesa das legislações das
nossas profissões e dos direitos inscritos nas leis que as regulamentam -
reivindicar a imediata retirada do Projeto de Lei 1845/03 da pauta do Congresso
Nacional. Da mesma forma, nos colocamos à disposição para debater propostas
que visem a aperfeiçoar as legislações profissionais já consolidadas, dentro do
princípio de preservação dos direitos e conquistas dos trabalhadores.
