Harlem Globetrotters' Dream Camp Sweepstakes Official Rules

							           KSHV “Apple for your Sweetheart” Contest Rules
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Odds of winning the contest are dependent upon the
number of entries received.

Eligibility: Entrants must be residents of Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas or Oklahoma
(KMSS,KSHV viewing area) and at least 18 years of age. Employees of KMSS Fox 33 , KSHV
My 45, ComCorp of America, and White Knight Broadcasting (hereafter contest sponsors); their
advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible
to participate.

To enter: No purchase necessary to enter or to win. By entering, each contestant agrees to
be bound by these Rules and Conditions.
To enter watch Unscripted with JJ and Bonzai Ben, weeknights at 9 pm on KSHV My 45,
Watch for the keyword, then log onto www.kshv.com and register to win. Contest begins Feb.
14th and ends Feb. 25, 2011. One entry per household per night.

Selection: A random drawing from among all website entries will determine winners daily
during contest period. One winners will be chosen daily. Contest winners will be notified via e-
mail and/or phone. Decisions made by Fox 33 and KSHV My 45 management is final.
Winner/winners may sign affidavits of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance and Release form(s) within
seven (7) days after notification before any prize will be awarded. Photo ID and Social Security
number verification may be required. All applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of
the prize winner. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners may be required to receive prize in person
at the KSHV offices/studios at 3519 Jewella Ave, Shreveport, LA 71109.
For a list of winners, send a request and a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the KSHV My 45,
Apple for your Sweetheart, 3519 Jewella Ave., Shreveport, LA 71109. Request for winners list
must be received within 60 days after contest close. Allow three weeks for delivery of list.


Prizes: KSHV will give away 10 Apple Ipod Nanos, one per each weeknight during contest
period.


Publicity: Prize winner(s), by accepting prize, agrees to allow contest sponsors to use Prize
winner’s name, photograph, voice or likenesses therein in contest or contest proof-of-
performance publicity.

Additional:
Contest Sponsors accept no responsibility or liability in connections with any injuries, losses or
damages arising from the prizes awarded.
Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prizes of equal or greater value in the event that
prize(s) are unavailable for any reason. KMSS, KSHV are not responsible for techincal
difficulties should keyword not air.
