WE INVITE YOU TO SELECT FIVE WINES FOR YOUR COMPLIMENTARY TASTING

PELORUS NV The pale straw colour and aromas of ripe citrus fruits indicate the chardonnay origins of
Pelorus NV. A bouquet of apple and lemon complements fresh bready notes derived from
two years bottle ageing on yeast lees. The deliciously crisp palate displays toasty, creamy
complexity, enhanced by a lingering nutty finish. $32.90

PELORUS VINTAGE 2006 The 2006 Pelorus Vintage exhibits rich and complex aromas of brioche, nougat and
This wine is not available for tasting almond biscotti, overlying subtle red apple and citrus fruit. The wine has a deliciously creamy palate struc-
ture that is balanced and focussed by a fine acid backbone.. $44.90
SAUVIGNON BLANC 2010 The characteristically uplifting aromas of ripe lime and grapefruit, nectarine, papaya and mango
and floral notes of orange blossom, gooseberry and sweet fennel are striking. A small portion of
barrel ferment and subtle use of solids in fermentation has resulted in a chalky and weighty texture
balanced by a minerally-citrus acid backbone. The wine has elegant line and length. $29.90

TE KOKO 2007 Te Koko is our intriguing and alternative style of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Aromas of lemon thyme,
mandarin blossom and stone fruit combine harmoniously with ginger spice, nutty and savory tones, under-
lined by exotic tropical fruit notes. The layered palate is creamy and textured, balanced by its clean, mineral
acidity. This wine has excellent persistence of flavour and intensity. $49.90

CHARDONNAY 2008 The Cloudy Bay Chardonnay 2008 is a reflection of its sunny origin, expressing intense aromas of
peaches, nectarines, aromatic herbs and biscuit. A light entry of stone fruit becomes a slippery mid-palate that
re-focuses to an aromatic and mineral finish. Precise oak handling further contributes to the textural mid palate
                                         and generous length. $37.90

RIESLING 2006 The subtle aromas of the 2006 Cloudy Bay Riesling induce images of lemon meringue pie, beeswax and
hot buttered toast. The palate is full with the flavours of wild honey, lemon and fresh apple and has a good
weight and intensity in the mouth. $29.90

PINOT GRIS 2008 The inviting aromas of the Cloudy Bay Pinot Gris 2008 fill the senses with white florals, ripe Nashi
pear and honeysuckle. The fresh and textured palate displays light citrus tones as well as flavours of
quince, almond meal and a hint of spice that lingers with a long finish. $29.90

GEWÜRZTRAMINER 2007 Among the heady, floral aromas of the 2007 Cloudy Bay Gewürztraminer the scent of cinnamon and carda-
mon interlace with that of rosewater and orange blossom. Flavours of ginger, gingerbread and roasted thyme
follow through on the full and opulent palate giving it a smokey edge. $29.90

PINOT NOIR 2009 Vibrant red in colour, Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir 2009 displays a nose that is both pure and complex reveal-
ing aromas of strawberries, earthy fresh mushrooms and smoky spice. The palate is finely balanced with a
vibrant core of red fruits clad in a silky, luscious lining. A sublte textural chalkiness and fine grained tannins
indicate a wine that will develop beautifully in the bottle over the next 7-8 years. $44.90

MUSTANG PINOT NOIR 2008 Our single vineyard Pinot Noir hails from the Southern Valley sub-region of Marlborough. This wine is not
Cellar Door Only intended to be superior but rather an expression of a terroir we deemed unique; a wine possessing a strong
sense of place. Savory aromas of meat (think pastrami) and earthy forest floor characteristics are framed by
bright red fruit and plums. The soft entry to the palate tightens with the arrival of rhubarb and raisin flavours.
A floral/fruit melange, with elegant tannin structure, delivers a long and persistent finish. $49.90

LATE HARVEST RIESLING 2005 Tangy citrus notes of grapefruit rind and lemon peel immediately awaken the senses while honeysuckle and
sweet spices such as cinnamon and clove mingle with tones of peach and pear. Bright acidity gives this incredibly
unctuous wine unexpected and appealing lift and freshness. $29.90

LATE HARVEST RIESLING 2002 Zesty aromas of mandarin and lemon rind meld with subtle nuances of quince paste and wildflower honey.
Rich and nectar-like, the palate is brimming with flavours reminiscent of old fashioned lime and grapefruit
marmalade complemented by a delicate honeyed character. Luscious fruit sweetness is off-set by crisp
natural acidity ...a perfect foil for citrus-based desserts. $29.90
