Precipitation /Enzymatic method

                  PRINCIPLE                             Mix well, incubate at 25ºC for 20 minutes or at 30ºC
LDL are precipitated by heparin at their isoelectric    for 12 minutes, or at 37ºC for 10 minutes, then read
point (pH 5.04) after centrifugation (HDL) and          the optical density (O.D). The color is stable for 30

Mix well, allow to stand for 10 minutes at room
temperature and centrifuge at 5000 rpm for 10
minutes .
Determine the cholesterol concentration of
supernatant by using stander LDL cholesterol and
SYRBIO Kit for the determination of cholesterol.
