Halloween (or Hallowe'en) is an annual holiday observed on October 31, which commonly includes activities such as trick-or-treating, attending costume parties, carving jack-o'-lanterns, bonfires, apple bobbing, visiting haunted attractions, playing pranks, telling scary stories, and watching horror films.

Halloween A Day For Christians To Celebrate?

Many people think Halloween originated with the Christian holiday of All Hallows Eve, which was to honor all the
Saints that had died in the past year. This is not true. Halloween's origins are rooted in the occult. The ancient
Druids believed that on October 31, Saman, the lord of death, called forth hosts of dead spirits to visit their earthly
homes. They believed that demons masqueraded as fairies, goblins, vampires, and werewolves. People would set out
food and drink to “satisfy” the evil spirits. Trick or treating is a direct outgrowth of these ancient practices.

What do you think of when you see Halloween written in the October 31st box of your calendar? Many people think
of trick or treating, getting candy, wearing costumes/masks, bonfires, a full moon circled with flying bats, black cats
and Jack-O-Lanterns. While these are symbols of Halloween, few Christians realize that EVERY SINGLE ITEM
listed above has its symbolic origin rooted in honoring the Druid lord of the dead or in some other form of occult
worship. So yes, the children who get dressed up and ring door bells saying “trick or treat” and getting candy is a
modern-day 21st century leftover from practices honoring death and all that is evil. This festival of death has survived
all of the efforts of the Church to stamp it out. The devil has been very successful in invading Christian holidays like
Christmas and Easter, providing counterfeits for the real thing. Halloween, however is different. It has always been
satanic in nature. Satan has deceived the Christians into celebrating his festival. The bottom line is this: Halloween
has been so deceptive that many parents get caught up in the commercialization of the day such that they don't even
realize all the symbolism there is in trick or treating, wearing of costumes, decorating with jack-o'-lanterns, and all the
rest that goes with this evil holiday. October 31 is the night that Satanists and occultists the world around look
forward to for giving the most honor to Satan and praying to him intensely for the fall of the Church of Jesus Christ
and the destruction of families. It is the night of the human sacrifice to Satan. It is the biggest day in the life of a
Satanist. It is not an innocent holiday!!

Some who read this may say that I’m being a little to radical in my approach with this subject matter and some may
find it very naive and objectionable and say, "We don't really take it (Halloween) that seriously." But the devil does
and so does God! This is particularly true when the church, which He purchased with His blood builds haunted
houses in its fellowship halls so that the little lambs who have been entrusted to its care can be terrified and whose
minds are opened up to invading spirits of fear, torment, and confusion. HOW THIS MUST GRIEVE THE LORD!
Halloween has never been a Christian holiday and it has no place in the life of a born again believer in Jesus Christ.

Let’s Rejoice In The Lord Always And Be Wise In All That We Do!!
