This 14 Day Notice to Quit is used by a landlord to terminate a tenancy for non-
payment of rent by a tenant. The notice provides that the tenant has 14 days from
receipt of the notice to deliver vacant possession of the rental premises to the landlord.
This notice provides an option for a tenant who is under lease to cure the non-payment
within a prescribed time frame to avoid eviction. This document is useful for a landlord
who wants to evict a tenant if the overdue rent is not rectified.
