Invites proposal for Expression of Interest on LSTK basis from interested Indian as well as Foreign parties to set up licensed process units (NHT Unit, CCR Platforming Unit, Sulfolane Unit, Tatoray Unit, B-T Fractionation Unit, Parex Unit, Isomar Unit, Xylene Fractionation Unit) on single point responsibility basis and / or in parts as mentioned in the Proposal Forms, at Mangalore SEZ for producing aromatic products (Para-xylene & Benzene) and by products (Hydrogen, Paraffinic raffinate, Heavy aromatics and LPG ). ONGC Mangalore Petrochemicals Ltd. (OMPL) is promoted by ONGC & MRPL for setting up an Aromatic Complex in Mangalore Special Economic Zone (MSEZ). With feedstock of Naphtha & Reformate to be supplied from MRPL, this Aromatic Complex will produce 905,200 TPA of Para-xylene and 337,900 TPA of Benzene product per annum. The company has already appointed M/s UOP as the process licensor for the project.
