SCOUTS CANADA INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
FOR: (Describe Activity) Scouts Canada indemnifies and saves harmless (Name of Firm) its employees, officers, directors and agents from any and all costs, claims, actions, loss, injury, expense, damages, fines or recoveries, whatsoever arising out of any negligent act or omission of Scouts Canada, its employees, officers, directors, agents, volunteers and members in connection with the aforementioned activity; AND indemnifies and saves harmless, Scouts Canada, (Name of Firm) its employees, officers, directors, agents, volunteers and members from any and all costs, claims, actions, loss, injury, expense, damages, fines, or recoveries, whatsoever arising out of any negligent act or omission of , its employees, (Name of Firm) officers, directors, and agents in connection with the aforementioned activity; AND such indemnity shall include all reasonable legal costs (including fees and disbursements) incurred by the party indemnified, but does not include any administrative costs incurred by the party indemnified.
