Artist Commission Agreement
THIS COMMISSION AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is made on this _____ day of ____________ 200_, between Fusion 09 an event benefitting The Minnie Pearl Cancer Foundation, having an address of 2410 Patterson Street, Suite 110, Nashville, TN 37203, (“Gallery”), and __________________________________ (“Artist”) having an address of_______________________________________________.
1) Donation:
The required donation piece to Fusion Gallery for the purposes of the silent auction, Artist agrees that this piece is considered a full donation and 100% of the sales price from said piece is to be donated to Gallery. Any piece donated to the silent auction that is not sold on the evening of March 28th, will be sold by Fusion Gallery on Ebay after the event and 100% of this sales prices will also be donated to Gallery. All donations will receive a tax –deduction sheet after the event.
2) Sales:
Upon execution of a sale on any piece Artist sells during Fusion 09, on March 28th, 2009, located at The Cannery Ballroom (“Event”), Artist agrees to gift the Fusion Gallery a commission equal to thirty (30%) percent of the total sales price. Gallery will cut checks for the remainder within one week of sale. Gallery and Artist hereby acknowledge this Agreement and agree that it shall be binding.
