International Voting Trust - Service Agreement
I, the undersigned, have neither requested nor received legal or tax advice from CorporationsPlus, its agents, or employees. I hereby authorize the creation of this International Voting Trust Agreement. I understand that the fee charged today is for the International Voting Trust Agreement only and that any fees associated with filing of any certificates necessary to form a corporation will be billed separately and is outside the scope of this agreement. Registered Agency and mail forwarding are also outside of this agreement. I understand that any fees associated with Title Research, Capetown Treaty and/or International Registry Compliance and escrow fees associated with aircraft acquisition are outside the scope of this transaction. I understand that I will receive an invoice in January of every year. I understand that there are two fees, an Agreement Fee and a Service Fee. The Agreement Fee is a one-time fee and is due at signing. I understand that in addition to the Agreement Fee, there is a Service Fee and that it will be billed on January 1 and will include the service (prorated) from the date of signing through the end of the year and will include the service fee, in advance, for the following calendar year. I understand that an International Voting Trust Agreement is an agreement of a perpetual nature. If ignored, the agreement will NOT go away. Should the need for a International Voting Trust Agreement no longer exist, the agreement must be dissolved in order for the annual charges to stop accruing. In order to dissolve the agreement I must fill out dissolution papers and follow the proper dissolution procedure.
