HOBBS+BLACK SELECTED TO PROVIDE ARCHITECTURE AND INTERIOR DESIGN FOR ATRIA SENIOR LIVING GROUP October 11, 2007
ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN... Hobbs+Black Associates, Inc. has been selected to perform architectural and interior design services for the Atria Senior Living Group. Work has already begun on the renovation programs for two Atria facilities: Atria Kinghaven in Riverview, Michigan, and Atria Grapevine, located just outside Dallas, Texas. Atria Kinghaven is a 143 unit assisted living complex originally built in 1987. The $1.5 million dollar renovation of the interior common spaces, lobby and dining areas, recreational areas, residential hallways and landscaping will also consist of a new gazebo, designed by Hobbs+Black. Atria Grapevine will also undergo a similar renovation program. Serving over 13,000 residents in 27 states, Atria is dedicated to offering seniors the independence they desire with the care they deserve.
