Nathaniel J. Lipman serves as president and chief executive officer of Affinion Group. From July 2001 until August 2002 he was senior executive vice president of Business Development and Marketing. He served as executive vice president of Business Development for Cendant Membership Services from May to July 2001. He joined the Individual Membership division of Cendant in June 1999 as senior vice president, Business Development and Strategic Planning. Mr. Lipman was previously senior executive vice president, Corporate Development and Strategic Planning, for Planet Hollywood International, Inc., from 1996 until June 1999. Prior to his tenure at Planet Hollywood, Inc., Mr. Lipman was senior vice president and general counsel of House of Blues Entertainment, Inc., senior corporate counsel at The Walt Disney Company and a corporate associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom. Robert Rooney serves as Affinion’s executive vice president and chief operating officer. Mr. Rooney joined the company in June 2001, as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to Trilegiant, Mr. Rooney was senior vice president and chief financial officer with Sbarro, Inc. responsible for Finance, Investor Relations, Information Systems, Tax and Risk Management. From 1996-1999 Mr. Rooney was senior vice president and chief administrative officer for Discovery Zone, Inc. where he focused on leading the operational and financial restructuring for the already bankrupt organization. In addition, Mr. Rooney has held senior roles in the financial and entertainment sector, including three years as chief financial officer of Imagine Entertainment and nine years with Ernst & Young. Wayne Conte is Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Marketing. He joined Affinion Group in March 2006. Previously, Mr. Conte worked as a Vice President and National Sales Manager for American Express in the Global Travelers Cheques and Prepaid Services Group. Prior to that, he worked at Transamerica as a Vice President of National Sales for Transamerica HomeFirst. With more than 20 years of finance and management experience, Mr. Conte has worked with many of the large Financial Institutions in both the U.S and Canada. Wayne graduated from St. Lawrence University with a degree in Economics and then from Pace University with a Masters in Financial Management. Tom Rusin is Affinion’s Chief Revenue Officer and is responsible for all revenue generating functions in North America. Prior to his current role, Mr. Rusin was executive vice president of Product overseeing all aspects of product benefits, new product development, The Affinion Loyalty Group, and The Affinion Internet Group. Mr. Rusin joined the company in December 1999 with responsibility for travel marketing and was subsequently promoted to VP of Travel in January 2001, SVP Travel, Auto and Leisure in October 2001 and then EVP Product in October 2002. Prior to joining Affinion Mr. Rusin successfully owned and operated a retail leisure travel business for 9 years. Mr. Rusin sold the travel agency business to a now public company in 1999. Michael P. Rauscher is executive vice president of marketing services for Affinion. He served in a similar position for Cendant Membership Services from May to July 2001, prior to which time he was senior vice president of Marketing Services for the Individual Membership division of Cendant. Before that, Mr. Rauscher served as president of Cendant’s subsidiary, Benefits Consultants, Inc., as Cendant's senior vice president of Inbound Marketing, vice president of Partnership Marketing and Business Development and as director of Marketing & Member Communications. Mr. Rauscher joined the Individual Membership division of Cendant in September 1988 as product manager, Travelers Advantage®. Mary Rusterholz is executive vice president of support services. She joined the company in December 2000 as senior vice president of Human Resources. Prior to Trilegiant, Ms. Rusterholz was vice president of Human Resources for Retail DNA, a software development firm, and focused on building the company infrastructure, including people, processes, facilities and insurance. From 1987-2000 Ms. Rusterholz worked with Group Danone, worldwide leader in fresh dairy and natural spring water products, where she held various positions of increasing responsibility in Human Resources and Organization Development and ultimately managed the Human Resource activities for Natural Spring Water across North America. Ms. Rusterholz holds a bachelor's degree in human resource management from Pace University in New York. Todd H. Siegel serves as executive vice president and general counsel for Affinion. Mr. Siegel joined the Individual Membership division of Cendant in November 1999 in the legal department. Previously, Mr. Siegel worked as an attorney in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom and prior to that, from 1992 to 1994, he worked as a certified public accountant for Ernst & Young. Tom Smith is executive vice president of product development. Mr. Smith, who previously served as executive vice president of operations, joined the company as senior vice president of finance in 2002, overseeing Progeny Marketing Innovations’ corporate finance and financial planning functions, strategic objectives and profitability goals. With more than 20 years of finance and management experience, Mr. Smith previously served as vice president of corporate development for Exide Technologies, the world’s largest manufacturer of lead-acid batteries. He also served as chief financial officer of GNB Technologies from 1996-2000, and is a certified public accountant. Bill Graham is executive vice president of online and new channels for Affinion. From June 2001 until September 2003 he was senior vice president of new product development and online product management. He has also served as SVP & GM of the interactive shopping businesses, and vice president of online marketing. Mr. Graham also ran Loyalty, eCommerce and Marketing as SVP at zUniversity.com, a collegiate networking and relationship-marketing company. He has also held positions with CFO Magazine, GARSCO Processing & Refining, and J.P. Morgan, where he focused on corporate finance. Bill graduated from Harvard University with a degree in economics, and from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. John Kitzie is executive vice president of global operations for Affinion. Mr. Kitzie, who joined the company in 1995, previously served as senior vice president of shopping, contact centers and fulfillment. As EVP of Global Operations, Mr. Kitzie is responsible for contact centers, fulfillment, merchandising, supply chain, procurement and telecommunications and coordinates the ongoing integration of the company’s North American travel businesses. Prior to joining Affinion Group, he served as president of Savemart. Mr. Kitzie began his career as a manager of financial analysis at CBS Inc. Marti Beller is president of Affinion Loyalty Solutions. She joined in 1994 as the manager of Information Technology. Within one year she became assistant vice president overseeing the software development efforts of the division. Ms. Beller was promoted to vice president in 1996. With this new position, she managed the entire Information Technology (IT) function for the Loyalty Solutions division. Ms. Beller was named senior vice president of Information Technology in 1998. She assumed responsibility for the Contact Center, Human Resources and Finance areas when she became Trilegiant Loyalty Solution’s chief operating officer in 1999. In March of 2001, Ms. Beller was named president of the Loyalty Solutions division of Trilegiant. Prior to working at Trilegiant, Ms. Beller served a private computer company that provided data processing services to state Medicare Peer Review Organizations. Steve Upshaw serves as chief executive officer of Affinion International, the European division of Affinion Group. Prior to this, Mr. Upshaw was executive vice president and managing director of Cims Limited, based in the UK. From May of 2002 until March of 2004, Mr. Upshaw served as senior vice president of product management for Trilegiant Corporation’s financial and protection products in the U.S. He was also responsible for the company’s domestic contact center operations. Mr. Upshaw served as vice president of customer retention for Cendant Marketing Group from January 2000 until May of 2002 where he lead relationship management strategies for more than 20 million membership subscribers. Mr. Upshaw joined Cendant in 1995.
