Do you have a happy announcement you’d like to share? You can do it through Celebrations,The News Journal’s
print and online service that spreads your good news!

Effective January 16th, 2011 our Celebration announcements will appear weekly in the Life section in The News
Journal every Sunday of every month as well as on delawareonline.com

In order to ensure that your announcement appears in the edition on the Sunday you want, we ask that you please
submit your announcement to us no later than the Tuesday by 5 pm prior to the “next” Sunday publication date.
(Example – DEADLINE IS Tuesday January 11th for publication of Sunday January 16th)

Your announcement can include a photo. For the best reproduction quality, we ask that you submit a good quality file.
Please print the maiden and married last names on the back of the photo for engagements/weddings or the persons name in
the announcement for other celebrations if photo is to be returned.
