Want good basketball ability, we must exercise a great athletic ability: bounce, strength, flexibility and so on.
MATT HANCOCK & TOM O’BRIEN TO PLAY BASKETBALL FOR VICTORIA Sandringham Sabres players Matt Hancock and Tom O’Brien have been selected in the SSV State Basketball Team. It has been a great performance by Matt and Tom following a selection at the SSV State Basketball selection trials that culminated in their selection. Many players go on to play Basketball at higher levels. Many past Basketball team members have gone onto senior representation. Matt and Tom will join with team mates to train in a number of trainings sessions before competing in the School Sport Australia event to be held in Canberra, ACT from Saturday 6th to Friday 12th August 2011. So here’s hoping that Matt and Tom and their Victorian team mates can win the Australian title and that they may be breaking into Australian ranks over the next few years.
