Description: Bikram Yoga and the biggest difference is that traditional yoga, exercise room temperature must reach 38 ℃. Because the body is not the case on the hot yoga, it is vulnerable to injuries. Especially for yoga stretching movements that stress the body, the temperature becomes more important. 38 ℃ room temperature in order to enhance the body can also speed up blood circulation, due to lack of movement at the same time soft and hardened muscles and bones. Thus, even the usual lack of movement of the body, it can easily stretch to complete different, not easily injured. So, Bikram Yoga is suitable for beginners or long-term lack of movement of people.
