                  Aidan P; Murphy, C.M.C., A.A.C.

                  PANELIST

                  Aidan began his career in Ireland attending the Dublin College of Catering graduating in
                  1979. He then moved to Switzerland where he worked in restaurant and hotel kitchens
                  until 1982.

                   From there he migrated to the United States and spent eight years in South Florida
working in country club kitchens as Sous Chef and Executive Chef. In 1991, he moved to St. Louis for the
Executive Chef position at Old Warson Country Club and held this position until 2009. During his time as
Executive Chef at Old Warson, he was Captain of the 1992 Southeast United States Culinary team, which
took five gold medals in the Culinary Olympics in Frankfurt, Germany.
He also was President of the St. Louis Chef de Cuisine for four years. In 2006, he earned his Certified
Master Chef title, one of only 62 in the United States.

Aidan also won Chef of the Year for the United States through the American Culinary Federation and Chef
of the Americas in 2007. He then competed in Dubai for the Global Chef and placed third overall and first
in Wine and Food Pairing. In 2009, Aidan became the General Manager of Old Warson Country Club.

                    Robert O'Loughlin
                    Founder, chairman and CEO of Lodging Hospitality Management (LHM)
                    PANELIST

                    Robert O’Loughlin is a nationally recognized leader in the hospitality industry. Mr.
                    O’Loughlin is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Saint Louis based Lodging
                    Hospitality Management (LHM), a very successful hotel ownership and management
                    company with over 1,500 employees. After having worked at a variety of properties
                    from San Francisco to Cincinnati, Mr. O’Loughlin started LHM in 1986. It quickly
                    became, as stated by the Saint Louis Regional Commerce and Growth Association,
“The choice management and ownership company in the Midwest”. LHM currently owns or operates 18
hotels including some of the best known properties in Saint Louis such as the Hilton at the Ballpark, the
Saint Louis Airport Hilton, the Sheraton hotels at Westport, as well as, two local landmark properties: the
Seven Gables Inn in Clayton and the soon to open and newly remodeled Cheshire Inn in Saint Louis.

Mr. O’Loughlin is also committed to community service and to Saint Louis. He is the currently Chairman of
the Saint Louis Convention and Visitors’ Commission, a member of the Board of Trustees of Saint Louis
University and on the Board of Directors of Enterprise Bank. He has previously served as President of the
Saint Louis Area Hotel Association and President of the Missouri Hotel Association. He has also been a
director of the American Hotel and Lodging Association and a member of the Board of Governors of the
Missouri Athletic Club. In addition Mr. O’Loughlin is active with a number of other organizations including
the Civic Entrepreneurs Organization, the Rotary Club of Saint Louis, the Saint Louis Ambassadors and
Downtown Saint Louis.

                Prior to starting his own business in 1992, Dave has been in the Executive Search business
                since 1985 as a Vice President with Roth Young Executive Search. He specialized in the
                Hospitality Industry and consistently ranked among the top producers nationally. Prior to
                becoming a recruiter he spent 9 years in sales with 2 Fortune 500 companies. The
experience has afforded Dave excellent insight in assisting his clients in filling their personnel needs for
Hotel and Restaurant companies ranging in size from small to regional to billion dollar national
corporations.

                   Schaumann was named the first recipient of Destination Management Professional of the
                   Year by ADME International; was twice recognized as one of the 25 most influential
people in the meeting industry by Meeting News magazine; appointed one of the Magnificent 12 in the
hospitality industry by Successful Meetings magazine; and was most recently chosen as one of the 25 most
influential women in business by the St. Louis Business Journal. Schaumann also was awarded Meeting
Professional of the Year by MPI-St. Louis Chapter, and Event Professional of the Year by ISES-Missouri
Chapter.


Schaumann founded the Missouri Chapter of the International Special Events Society (ISES) and served as
president for the St. Louis chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), the Missouri Chapter of
ISES and the Association of Destination Management Executives International (ADME). Schaumann
authored the first and only book on destination management, “The Guide to Successful Destination
Management,” and is a contributing editor to the Convention Industry Council (CIC) Manual. She is an
adjunct professor at four universities and sits on the Hospitality and Sports Management Board at the
University of Missouri – Columbia and the Hospitality Board of St. Louis Community College.
