RMA Procedure (Please Read Carefully)
1 Fax or E-Mail completed form to the number above. It is essential that all information be correctly filled in.
2 Clear and specific description of the problem must be given for each item.
3 DO NOT INCLUDE IN THE SHIPMENT ANY ITEMS OTHER THAN THOSE SPECIFIED ON THIS RMA FORM.
4 Once issued, the RMA number is valid for 14 days. Shipment sent after this time period may experience delays in processing.
5 The items must be packaged properly, DigiPoS Store Solutions will not be held responsible for damages caused by shipment on improperly packaged goods.
6 A DigiPoS Store Solutions representative will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your RMA request by Fax or Email to provide you with an RMA number for approved returns/service issues.
7 Please note this RMA number on all items being shipped back to DigiPoS Store Solutions. Without this number, packages may be refused or processing delays may be experienced.
