1.          This question paper consists of two (2) parts: PART A (3 Question)

2.          Answer Question 1 and one (1) other question from PART A and two (2) questions from
            PART B.

3.          All measurement shall be in strict accordance with the principles laid down in the Malaysian
            Standard Method of Measurement of Building Works 2nd Edition (SMM2).

4.          Do not bring any material into the examination room unless permission is given by the
            invigilator.

5.          Candidates are allowed to use calculators.
