                   Introduction
Lodi’s Secret Magickal Text is an extraction of
the writings and drawings from Lodi’s secret
personal magickal journal. It is intended to be used
by anyone seeking to get more out of life. This
book is suitable for those who want a broader
understanding of life and existence.

                                     3
This book is for the practicing magician or anyone
else who uses more than the basic human senses to
perceive existence. Its pages contain magickal
spells, guidelines, stories, wisdom and a wealth of
other information. It contains many pictures to
help the reader along the way.

The contents of this book are from the personal
writings of Lodi and the author. The book assumes
some knowledge of magickal technique is already
known by its readers. Though anyone can pick up
this book and learn from it, the book is most useful
for those who already have experience using and
some knowledge of magick. Some of the ideas and
concepts in this book are highly advanced and may
not be immediately understood by some people.

Because this is a very compact book loaded with
information the basic concepts of magick are not
included. Also, basic step by step instructions for
spells and rituals are for the most part, not included
in this book. Large selections of well written books
on these subjects have already been written. So,
there is no need to repeat them here.

The Secret Magickal Text is a book that contains
many secrets of magick that are not written about
in most other books on magick. It contains very
powerful and potent magickal knowledge and
spells. This book has the potential of turning a
magickal dabbler, who has had mediocre results in

                          4
the past, into an extremely powerful magician. In
addition, it can make an already successful wizard
reach new heights of magickal ability by giving
him the secrets to unlock higher magickal energies.

This text works best when it is read page by page.
Soaking each page in and pondering its words
while looking at any pictures that the page may
contain. Each of the pages in the journal has at
least one magickal secret. If you prefer, you can
simply look at the pictures throughout the book
and read only the colored words. You can also read
the book out of order by simply scanning through
its pages until you find a page that is relevant to
you at that time.

This book is divided into three major sections. The
first section is called Lodi’s Journal and contains
an extraction of information from over 400 pages
of Lodi’s original Journal. The information has
been edited for clarity; however, the original intent
of his words has been maintained. The second
section contains twelve original pages from Lodi’s
journal in there original unaltered state. This gives
you a glimpse into Lodi’s original journal. The
third section contains a unique description of the
twenty-two Major Arcana Tarot cards found in
most tarot decks. A unique picture and description
is provided for each tarot card derived from Lodi’s
Journal.

    Lodi’s Journal
The information in this first section has been
extracted from Lodi’s personal secret journal. It
maintains the original intent of his teachings. You
should read each page slowly and with great focus.

                        7
A wealth of knowledge can be found within these
pages, but you must be able to read into everything
that is said. Lodi is a teacher of few words. Each of
his phrases is a store house of knowledge. This
book tries to maintain this spirit of teaching.
Therefore, detailed descriptions of what is said are
not provided. It is up to the reader to gleam the
knowledge from Lodi’s words. This is done for
your own protection.

This book gives you a wealth of magickal
knowledge in a concentrated form. You would
normally need to read hundreds of pages to gain
the knowledge that is found in this easy to read
section. The pictures are put on these pages to help
the reader understand what has been said. The
pictures are from the drawings found in Lodi’s
Journal.

“Magick is something that you are, not just
something that you do.”

This is an easy concept to grasp, but a hard one to
live by. In our attempts to learn magick we get
wrapped up in doing rituals and casting spells. We
eagerly wait for the results of our Magickal
desires. Frustration boils within us when we do not
achieve the desired results. We impatiently
practice magick in an attempt to gain power.

Any practitioner of magick must first realize that
magick is all around us all of the time. It is
everywhere within everything. We are all
constantly doing magick everyday at all times. The
trick isn’t to simply do magick, but to become
aware of it and perceive it as it naturally is. Learn
to harmonize yourself to the magickal energetic
forces. Learn that you are a part of magick and it is
a part of you, it is with you at all times and you are
constantly using magick.

Once you truly understand what magickal
energy is you can begin to use it to alter yourself
and your surroundings in a profound way.

What separates a Magician from an ordinary
person is the fact that a magician is aware of this
and uses this knowledge in a way that is
appropriate for the magician. You will not be free
until you understand this important lesson.

                         10
Our physical senses are overloaded by the physical
world and distract us form the energetic nature of
the universe and therefore our energetic beings.

We have to learn to use are other senses. We have
sensors in our brains that can tune in and interpret
properties in our environments that our basic five
senses do not pick up on. We have senses in our
energetic bodies that can tune in and perceive
energies that are beyond our five basic senses.
Once we learn to use more of our senses the more
information we can obtain from our surroundings
and the more powerful wizards we will be.

Just because are five basic senses cannot perceive
something doesn’t mean that it is not real, or any
less real then what we can see with our eyes, or
hear with are ears. If we did not have noses and
could not smell then would this mean that odors
did not exist or were not pertinent to us. We cannot
always see odors, but we know that they are there
because we can smell them. We cannot always see
Magickal energies, but we can know that they are
there by using the chakras in our energy bodies.
We have apparatuses within us that allow us to
perceive and interact with magickal energies
and communicate with our DNA.

                        11
As you raise your consciousness (Temperance),
you are filled with great negativity as you break
away from everything that you know. You are left
with emptiness and everything brings you agony.
You quickly learn to manipulate life around you to
regain rapture (The Devil Card). It is here where
anything from the mundane that you have not
positively imprinted will come back to haunt you.
You can try to fix all of your negativities, but this
leads to an endless cycle of banishing demons.
There is always something there to snag you.
Finally, you explode and throw it all away (The
Tower Card). You are then reawakened to the
spiritual nature of things. You then spend time
purifying yourself and attuning yourself to this
beautiful energy that once caused you such agony.
This eventually leads you to harmony with
psychokinetic energy (The Star). Everything
resonates in harmony.

                         12
If you hold on to nothing, then nothing
can affect you and all that is left is what is
               really there.

Explore your body, awaken your
    mind and feel your soul.
When all that is around you ceases to
be, all that is left is to leap into
               infinity.
                      13
                    Duality

What is beyond duality?

Examples of Duality
   Happy or sad
   Right or wrong
   Rich or poor
   Good or evil
   Black or white
   High or low
   Pain or pleasure
   Smart or dumb
   Wet or dry
   Alive or dead

If I am alive then am I not dead. If I am not alive
then am I dead. Break Duality, life equals death.

          Transcendence of duality

To follow your true will you must break free of
duality and transverse the middle path, that of your
true un-bounding desire. This is the path of a true
magician.

To transcend syntax,
To transcend color,
To transcend everything that you can know.
