             issued requiring him to show cause why he should not be

            disbarred;

                 It is ordered that Stanley Michael Krupa is

            disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.

D-1951   IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF ROBERT A. BREEZE

                 Robert A. Breeze, of San Diego, California, having

             been suspended from the practice of law in this Court by

            order of May 18, 1998; and a rule having been issued and

             served upon him requiring him to show cause why he

             should not be disbarred; and a response having been

            filed;

                  It is ordered that Robert A. Breeze is disbarred

            from the practice of law in this Court.

D-1965   IN THE MATTER OF   MICHAEL SWEIG MENDELSON

                 Michael Sweig Mendelson, of Chicago, Illinois,

             having requested to resign as a member of the Bar of

            this Court, it is ordered that his name be stricken from

            the roll of attorneys admitted to the practice of law

             before this Court. The Rule to Show Cause, issued on

            June 15, 1998, is discharged.

D-1972   IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF DOUGLAS JAMES HYNES

                 Douglas James Hynes, of Farmingdale, New York, is

             suspended from the practice of law in this Court and a

            rule will issue, returnable within 40 days, requiring

             him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from

             the practice of law in this Court.

D-1973   IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF FREDRICK S. FALICK

                 Fredrick S. Falick, of Middletown, New York, is

             suspended from the practice of law in this Court and a

            rule will issue, returnable within 40 days, requiring

             him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from

             the practice of law in this Court.



                              RECESS ORDER

                  The Court will take a recess from today until the

             first Monday in October, 1998, at which time the October

            1997 Term will adjourn.
