Cancellation requests for refunds must be made in writing Contact Cathi Eifert via fax at 703-435-4390. A full refund minus a $50
administrative fee will be given for cancellations in writing received prior to July 31, 2011. There will be no refunds for cancellation on
or after August 1, 2011, unless documentation of a medical emergency is submitted. Attendee substitutions are permitted at any time
upon written notice from the original registrant. There is a $50 processing fee for transfer of registrations.
