Mark E. Rosenfield
Corporate Executive Chef
Chef Mark Rosenfield is the Corporate Executive Chef and head of
development of Harry’s Fresh Foods, a wholly owned subsidiary of Basic
American Foods. Mark’s responsibilities include: new product development,
direct sales support and project management.
Prior to joining Harry’s Fresh Foods, Chef Mark spent 9 years as a
partner and Corporate Chef operating several full service restaurants in
Southwest Washington and Portland, Oregon. Previous to his own venture,
Mark spent 6 years as a Sr. Executive Training Chef with Restaurants
Unlimited Inc. in Seattle, Washington and 4 years with Happy Guests
International as the Corporate Executive Chef for the Salty’s Group.
Mark apprenticed with Westin Hotels in Seattle, Washington and Los
Angeles, California and continues his ongoing education through
professional associations. Chef Mark is an active member of the American
Culinary Federation, Research Chefs Association and the Institute of Food
Mark resides in Vancouver, Washington and is an active fundraiser
with the local March of Dimes and Cystic Fibrosis chapters and participates
annually in The Climb To Fight Breast Cancer®.
