• DOT’s Office of Small Business and Disadvantaged
Business Utilization (OSDBU) created a new enhanced

  FTA and FHWA.

• Similar design as FAA DOORS with some differences in
  operations.

• Updated and enhanced automation and performance.

• Currently populated with FY-2009 DBE uniform

  DOORS for airport recipients
      – User accounts can only be created by FAA (or FHWA,
        FTA for their recipients)
      – DBE Awards menu includes a Save option, i.e., users
can enter partial data, save it and return later to edit
        or complete the data
      – Forgot password option will send a link to your email
        to reset your password
      – Everything works!!

airport recipients that currently have a user
  account in FAA DOORS

      – Airport recipients will receive a letter and guidance
pertaining to the new DOORS followed by an email
message containing a new user ID.
