In the system, a method allowing the parking process in both electronically-based
and officer-based manner will be employed. For this purpose, parking will be available
through hand-held devices and also by sending SMS through the cellular phone
(Mobilepark). In these systems, payment options such as cellular phone, credit card,
subscriber cards, smart cards and instant payment are considered. In other words, as
a general rule, pre-payment, instant payment and post-payment options will be made
