                                                                               HOW TO CLAIM
1. To be eligible to Claim The Good Guys $50 Electricity Credit, residential customers must be members of The Good Guys website (www.thegoodguys.com.au) and purchase
      in full any Washer, Dryer, Fridge, Freezer or Dishwasher over $500 in the table below (“Models”), in one transaction from a participating The Good Guys store.

2. Valid Claims will be issued The Good Guys $50 Electricity Credit in conjunction with Citibank (“Credit”) with the purchase of the Model between 26 July 2011 and 1 August
      2011 inclusive (“Promotion Period”):

3. Claimants must claim online by visiting www.thegoodguys.com.au and select the store from which their purchase was made. At the store home page the claimant must select
      the bonus offers icon and then follow the prompts to the claim form (“Claim”).

4. To become a member of The Good Guys website customers should go to www.thegoodguys.com.au and follow the prompts to register as a member. Once you are a member
      you are eligible to claim a The Good Guys $50 Electricity Credit.

5.    Citibank will send Claimants an email with link to activate Credit on the 16 August 2011. Claimants are required to click link to activate credit (“Activation Date”); Claimants
      must activate Credit within 30 days of receiving the link otherwise the Credit is no longer valid. The Credit is valid for 6 months from the activation date. The Claimant can
      apply the Credit to any residential electrical retailer account.

                                                                               TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.    Instructions on How to Claim form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in
      conjunction with any other The Good Guys offer.

2.    This Promotion is run in partnership with Citibank. By completing the Claim you agree to receive communication from Citibank in association with this promotion only.

3.    To be eligible to receive a Credit, Claimants must purchase the Model listed above in one transaction from participating The Good Guys Discount Warehouse store in
      Australia during the Promotion Period (“Promotion”). The purchase must be paid in full before the end of the Promotion Period.

4.    It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide the correct email address and personal information in order to receive their The Good Guys $50 Credit.

5.    Promotion only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Promotion is only valid at participating The Good Guys stores.

6.    Employees of any The Good Guys store (and their immediate families) and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to Claim. Immediate family means any of
      the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece,
      nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

7.    The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any
      claimant who submits a Claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the Claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of
      its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

8.    Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible Claims will be deemed invalid.

9.    Multiple Claims are not permitted, only one Claim per household address will be allowed.

10. Claimants must retain their original The Good Guys purchase tax invoice(s) for all Claims as proof of purchase of the Model. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all
    Claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of Claim and forfeiture of any right to a Credit. The Good Guys purchase tax
    invoice(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase where the purchase was made during the Promotion period and prior to the Claim.

11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a Claimant, the Claimant will be deemed to be the person in whose name the purchase tax invoice was issued provided the person is
    an Australian resident of at least 18 years of age.

12. The Promotion commences 26 July 2011 and finishes COB 1 August 2011.

13. All Claims must be received by 11:59pm AEDST on 5 August 2011. The Credit is valid for 6 months from the Activation Date (“Activation Date”).

14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The Credit must be treated like cash. If the Credit is defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen, it will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. The Credit not redeemable for
    cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts; Must be redeemed before the specified expiry date; Cannot be reloaded; Is partially redeemable. It is up to
    the claimant to use the full value of the Credit before expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance on the Credit. Unused balance on the expiry date of The
    Credit will not be refunded or credited. Claimants are liable for redemption of the Credit except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by the Promoter or
    any of the Promoter’s employees. The Promoter reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to Terms of Use will be
    available in store. See in store if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to the Credit.

16. If for any reason a Claimant does not redeem the Credit by the expiry date, then the Credit will not be refunded or credited as per the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

17. If the Credit is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Credit with an offer to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written
    directions from a regulatory authority.

18. The Credit, or any unused portion of the Credit, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

19. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
    Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions
    from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

20. Any cost associated with accessing the Promotional website is the Claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any
    automated software or any other mechanical or means that allows a Claimant to automatically Claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all Claims submitted by that
    Claimant invalid.

21. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any
    personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but
    not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft,
    unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any Claim or Credit that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter)
    due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a Claimant; or (e) use of the Credit.

22. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited
    to, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities; the Claim is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless
    otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending messages or telephoning the entrant. Claimants should direct any
    request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.

23.   The Promoter is The Muir Electrical Company Pty Limited (ABN 88 004 453 945) of 12 Hood Street, Airport West VIC 3042.
