Do HCG Drops work? The answer is yes. HCG Drops have been used for weight loss since the early 1970s. Dr. Simeon's research into this subject proved that HCG Hormone (Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin) reduced appetite in his patients while sparing lean muscle tissue.

The Acceleration HCG Diet Plan will consist of taking your HCG and following a 3 day fluctuation

maximum of 120 days. This is an excellent body confusion technique so that you never have to worry
about plateaus during weight loss.

Day 1-3

Take HCG in the right dosage throughout the day, you will start eating the correct low calorie food in
the required amounts, drink two liters of fluids per day until the end of your diet cycle. (21-120 days)

*The juice of one lemon daily is allowed for all purposes. Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic,
sweet basil, parsley, thyme, majoram, etc., may be used for seasoning, 2 tbsp. of olive oil or coconut oil
can be used for salad dressing dressing with balsalmic or apple cider vinegar.

Tea, coffee, plain water, or mineral water are the only drinks allowed besides the protein shakes.

In fact, you should drink about 2 liters of these fluids per day. Many people are afraid to drink so much
because they fear that this may make them retain more water. This is a wrong notion as the body is
more inclined to store water when the intake falls below its normal requirements.

Vegetables mentioned above may be eaten as much as you like between meals on days 4-6.
