Privacy Statement 1. The Specific electronic Service: Open Consultation on the Preliminary draft proposal for Euro 5 emission limits The objective of this consultation, operated under the responsibility of Mr. R. Schulte-Braucks, Head of Unit of unit F1/Automotive Industry in the Enterprise Directorate General, is to collect views and comments from the stakeholders on the draft. 2. What personal information do we collect and through which technical means? a) Identification Data The following data are collected from the e-mail replies received: name of the organization, name of the contact person, contact address details. 3. Who has access to your information and to whom is it disclosed? All the documents submitted by stakeholders will be put on the Commission’s website. The e-mail addresses of the respondents are not published. The result of the consultation can then be consulted by the public at large at the internet address http://europa.eu.int/comm/enterprise/automotive/index_en.htm. By submitting your response, you automatically give permission to the Commission to publish your comments on this site in the format received. 4.
