Seoul – GM Korea Company, which introduced the most comprehensive automotive customer
care program in Korea called Chevy Care 3-5-7 in March, is replacing its roadside assistance
vehicles with new Chevrolet cars.

GM Korea held delivery ceremonies today at its Bupyeong headquarters and delivery office in
Incheon featuring President and CEO Mike Arcamone and Vice President of Sales, Service and
Marketing Ankush Arora.

GM Korea is providing 242 roadside assistance vehicles, including the Aveo (153 units), Cruze
(34 units), Orlando (43 units) and Spark (12 units). The vehicles will be used for GM Korea’s
Flying Doctor service and roadside assistance by the automaker’s service network (including
partner service centers and directly operated service centers). The replacement of service
vehicles will strengthen Chevy Care while promoting the new Chevrolet brand.

“Chevy Care is Korea’s best customer care program. The replacement of roadside assistance
vehicles is a reflection of GM Korea’s commitment to maintaining the highest level of customer
satisfaction even after purchase,” said Ankush Arora. “We will continue to go all out to further
increase customer satisfaction in the aftermarket by offering our customers differentiated and
high-level services such as Chevy Care and the Chevy Care CU Again 2011 campaign.”

GM Korea has received an enthusiastic response from its customers to Chevy Care 3-5-7,
which was introduced in March in conjunction with the nationwide launch of the Chevrolet brand.
GM Korea offers three-year free maintenance; a five-year or 100,000-km warranty; and seven-
year free roadside assistance to those who purchase a Chevrolet product or the Alpheon sedan
through the end of this year.
