					                                 TOKEN Crash Replacement Policy
                                           (TCRP)

 Token’s Frame & Wheel Replacement Policy (TCRP) is designed to provide the customer with added confidence
in our products and with better after sales service.

The Following apply:

1. For the original owner/ purchaser only, non-transferable.


2. Dated Proof of purchase (receipt) and wheel inspection sheet (pink slip in the box) has to be shown.


3. Valid for 2 (two) years from date of purchase


4. 35% off the retail value of the frame / wheel. (exact same model or the closest model available if that model
    is no longer available. NO cash refunds will be given


5. ONLY valid if bought at an authorized bike dealer/ bike shop. Token Products bought from an eBay store,
other auction sites or online that involved cross border shipping, carry NO WARRANTY or Crash
Replacement at all and are often second hand products or not original Token parts.


6. Only 1 (one) replacement /frame/ customer. The replacement frame will NOT be covered under the FRP, but
  will be covered under the normal warranty policy.


7. Only 2 (two) replacements /wheel set/ customer. 1 (One) replacement for the front and 1 (one) replacement for
the rear wheel. The replacement wheel will NOT be covered under the WRP, but normal warranty will apply.
     This Replacement Policy does NOT apply to normal wear and tear, damages or failures resulting from
      abuse, misuse, neglect, improper assembly or maintenance, theft, modifications or negligence, use of the
      wrong brake pads, etc.
     Forks are excluded from this Replacement Policy.
     It also does not cover broken spokes and wheels that are not true.
     This Replacement Policy only covers wheels with carbon rims.
     All labor and shipping charges for warranty services are the responsibility of the original purchaser.

In the event that there is some dispute over whether or not the frame is actually damaged, it is the customer's
decision to have the frame returned to Token in Taiwan for a detailed inspection. In this case the customer will
incur the costs of transport and frame stripping to Token’s offices in Taiwan.

Steps to claim a new frame /wheel.

      Customer buys Frame/ Wheels.
      CRASH!!
      Customer contacts the local dealer
      Dealer gives customer the claim form.
       or
    Customer downloads the form from the website. ( Under Tech and Download)

    Customer completes the form and hands the frame / wheel(s) and a copy of the completed claim form to
     the dealer / distributor.
    Distributor/ Dealer inspects the frame and claim form.
    Dealer sends distributor the claim form.
    Distributor approves / rejects the claim.
    Notifies the customer of the decision and a new frame can be purchased at a 35% discount.
