General Contractor Agreement

GENERAL CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT This General Contractor Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and effective as of _________ __, 20____ (“Effective Date”) by and between ______________, [an individual] [corporation] [etc.] (the “Contractor”) and _______________________, a __________ [corporation][limited liability company] [etc.] (the “Owner”). The Contractor and the Owner may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.” .
