             CHEF’S A-GO-GO FOOD TRUCK TOUR IS ROLLING INTO SANTA MONICA
           National food truck tour showcases Macy’s Culinary Council Chef Cat Cora



WHAT: Macy’s first-ever food truck tour will feature Chef Cat Cora on board at the Santa
             Monica stop, cooking her signature recipes and dishing them out for free with
a                      qualifying Santa Monica Food lot purchase! Yes, you heard that right.

                 If delicious food and celebrity chefs weren’t enough to get you to “go-go”,
visit the food             truck tour when it rolls into your town. Fans that “like” Macy’s on
Facebook                                   (www.facebook/macys), or follow Macy’s on Twitter
(@macys amd @macysevents) and                       the Macy’s Culinary Council on twitter
(@CulinaryCouncil) and tweet using the hashtag                      #macyschefs will receive a
special gift at each food truck stop, while supplies last.

                While the chef's dishes are free with purchase from a participating food truck
                vendor, guests can support a good cause by donating to Feeding America®,
                the nation's largest domestic hunger relief organization. For every $1 donated,
                Feeding America can help provide seven meals to those in need on behalf of
                local food banks.

WHO:            Chef Cat Cora, which launched Macy’s exclusive CCQ (Cat Cora’s Que), at
                Macy’s new Signature Kitchen Restaurant in California’s South Coast Plaza, has
                authored two cookbooks, Cat Cora’s Kitchen and Cooking from the Hip: Fast,
                Easy, Phenomenal Meals.

                Both on- and off-screen, Chef Cat Cora is recognized in the culinary and
                philanthropic community, she was bestowed with the prestigious Bon Appétit
                Magazine Teacher of the Year Award; and, is president and founder of Chef’s
                for Humanity, an organization that was founded in response to the 2004
                Tsunami disaster.
