CARCINOGENICITY: No TOXICITY: LD50 of Atropine Sulfate components: Rat oral 600 mg/kg, subcutaneous 540 mg/kg, intravenous 37 mg/kg, intramuscular 602 mg/kg. SIGNS & SYMPTOMS OF EXPOSURE: EYES/SKIN: Irritation and possible hypersensitivity. ORAL: Dulling of mental alertness, pupil dilation, vomiting, staggering, rapid heart rate, confusion, excitement, and hallucinations, drowsiness and coma. MEDICAL CONDITIONS GENERALLY AGGRAVATED BY EXPOSURE: Hiatal hernia, bladder and/or kidney problems, heart burn, heart disease and glaucoma.
