                                         SPECIFICATIONS

STRUCTURE
•   Reinforced concrete structure. Bi-directional slab floors.

EXTERNAL WALLS
•   ½ foot thick solid brickwork, chamber filled with polyurethane foam, PLADUR-type
    inner face, external painted cement mortar.

INTERNAL DISTRIBUTION
•   Partition between apartments formed by 1/2-foot thick solid brickwork, air chamber
    with fibreglass insulation and PLADUR-type layers on both sides. Interior partitions
    formed with two PLADUR-type layers. Antidamp plaques in bathrooms and kitchen.

INTERNAL FINISHINGS
•   Fine finish plaster in ceilings.
•   Marble flooring in living room, bathrooms and bedrooms, top quality ceramic flooring
    in kitchen, earthenware type tiles in terraces.
•   Top quality wall tiling with decorative tiled border in bathrooms.
•   Marble sanitary tops in bathrooms.
•   Plain plastic paint in walls and ceilings.
•   Plaster moulding in living-room ceiling.
•   Mirrors in bathrooms.

CARPENTRY
•   Armoured main door, external TECHNAL-type lacquered aluminium carpentry,
    aluminium blinds in bedroom, interior carpentry in lacquered wood, interior lined
    wardrobes including set of drawers.

INSTALLATIONS
•   Plumbing: Hot and cold water supply piping in polypropylene, separate electric hot
    water storage system, ROCA sanitary ware.
•   Grohe single unit taps.
•   Washbasin fixed in the countertop.
•   Electricity: NIESEN switch and plugs mechanisms. TV and TLF sockets in living room and
    bedrooms.
•   Air conditioning: Hot and cold split system by heat pump.
•   Telecom: Collective aerial UHF, FM and satellite.
•   TV and telephone connections in living-room and bedrooms.
•   Miscellaneous: Built-in safe in master bedroom, fireplace pre-installation in living
    room, pre-installed alarm, electric concierge.

KITCHENS
• Fully furnished and equipped with BOSCH home appliances or similar: refrigerator,
  dishwasher, vitroceramic hob, oven, extractor.
Washroom equipped with washing machine and dryer.

PUBLIC AREAS
•   Extensive green areas with adult and children swimming pools, urbanisation
    completely enclosed. Mediterranean gardens.
•   Lifts.
