    bodily-kinesthetic, interpersonal, intra-personal, naturalistic, and existential. At a competitive school like
    Academy, at times it can be hard to remember there is more to intelligence than SATs and IQ tests. This
    year’s seniors, while logically and mathematically smart in their own right, embody an outstanding amount
    of intelligence.
          Last month, we gathered to recognize hard-working students in the music and drama programs who
    received awards, embodying musical intelligence proven to be some of the highest in the state. Likewise,
    Academy honored the linguistic intelligence of students who have triumphed in Latin, Spanish, and Chinese
    competitions and those who have excelled in numerous athletic events. With four State Championships this
    year, we have a high level of spatial intelligence, which is associated with athletic ability. The list of
    achievements goes on.                                                                                                                                                         Our traditions are dancing in
