CONSENT BY LESSOR TO SUBLEASE THIS CONSENT BY LESSOR TO SUBLEASE (“Consent”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 20___ (“Effective Date”), by _______________________ (“Lessor”) in favor of _______________________ (“Lessee”). RECITALS: A.
