Alcohol and Drug Testing Policy It is Company policy not to employ persons who use illegal drugs or abuse alcohol. The Company reserves the right to require an employee to submit to testing for alcohol and/or illegal drugs as a continuing condition of employment with the Company. An employee who refuses to submit to such testing or who tests positive may be suspended from work, disciplined, or immediately terminated, all at the Company’s sole discretion. The Company also reserves the right to search the employee’s workplace for alcohol or illegal substances.
