Letter Confirming Disclosure of Confidential Information (Form 16.18). This is a sample form letter to the recipient of confidential information. It is intended to document any type of any oral or other confidential information conveyed and to put the other side on notice that the information must be kept confidential and not used in any way. It is a useful adjunct to a full blown Confidentiality Agreement.
