Title: Description: Copyright Assignment An agreement for assigning a copyright Form 16.10 COPYRIGHT ASSIGNMENT This Agreement is by and between _____________ ("Assignee"). ("Assignor") and WHEREAS, Assignor, has authored certain works which are described in Exhibit A (the "Works"); and WHEREAS, Assignee, wishes to acquire the entire rights, title, and interest in all of the Works. NOW, the parties agree as follows: 1. Assignment. Assignor does hereby irrevocably assign to Assignee all rights, title, and interest (including but not limited to, the copyright, all rights to prepare derivative works, all goodwill and all moral rights), in and to the Works. 2.
