        1.      The Promoters are the Herald and Weekly Times Pty Ltd (ABN 49 004 113 937) of 40 City Road,
                Southbank Vic 3006 and Sony BMG Music Entertainment Pty Ltd (ABN 95 107 133 184) of 214-220
                Park Street, South Melbourne, VIC 3205.

        2.      Entry is only open to residents of Victoria. Employees and their immediate families of the
                Promoters, directors, management, related companies, retailers, suppliers and their agencies
                associated with this promotion are ineligible. Winners who are under the age of 18 will have the
                prize awarded to their parent/guardian.

        3.      Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. The promoter's
                decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into

        4.      Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

        5.      One entry per person, multiple entries are not acceptable.

        6.      To enter, register on www.heraldsun.com.au/coffeebreak/competitions and leave your name,
                address, postcode, daytime phone number, mobile phone numbers, email, and year of birth.
                When and if you register, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself as
                prompted by the appropriate registration form. You acknowledge that if any inaccurate
                information is provided by you, HWT may terminate your use of the Web Site.

        7.      Competition begins 16/09/07 9:00AM EST and closes 20/09/07 at 12.00 noon EST. Winners will be
                drawn on 20/09/07 at 2.00PM at Herald and Weekly Times Pty Ltd (ABN 49 004 113 937) of Level 9,
                40 City Road, Southbank Vic 3006. Winners will be notified by mail, email and details to appear
                on the Herald Sun website on 21/09/07.

        8.      Entrants will have the chance to win One (1) of Twenty (20) copies of Shannon Noll’s CD ‘Turn it
                Up’. Each prize worth $25.00 or $500.00 total prize value.

        9.      The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter
                accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.

        10. To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoters exclude liability for any loss, damage or
            injury whatsoever suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to direct, indirect, special or
            consequential loss or damage, loss of opportunity revenue or profit) arising directly or indirectly
            out of or in connection with this promotion

        11. Disclosure Statement - HWT collects your personal information to assist us in providing the goods
            or services you have requested, to process your competition entries, and to improve our
            products and services. We or any of our Australian related companies may be in touch at any
            time in the future by any means (including email or SMS) to let you know about goods, services,
            or promotions, which may be of interest to you. We may also share your information with other
            persons or entities who assist us in providing our services, running competitions or with other
            companies who provide prizes for competitions or reader offers.
            This company is part of a global media and entertainment company. We would like to share
            your information with these overseas-related companies so that they can contact you with
