Campaign and city credit cards. Comparisons of spending show both the city and the campaign paying for the Mayors meals, trips, hotels, etc... If the campaign spending is not for the Mayor himself then it should be counted as income. Additionally, the City Charter forbids loans to candidates. A credit card acts as a short term loan to the campaign. The abuses are obvious.
