									PERSONNEL SPECIALIST CLASS PURPOSE To implement and administer personnel programs for a company in coordination with the department's central personnel staff; provide consultation and training in personnel areas; perform related work. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Program coordination.
