                                              REGISTRATION INFORMATION
•   Registration is walk-in only and may be done during normal business hours.
•   Summer 2011 Registration begins May 23, 2011 and continues until classes are full.
•   Summer 2011 Classes begin week of July 11th and end September 2nd.
•   Staff reserves the right to cancel or combine sports divisions or classes if minimum registrations are not met.
•   Payment is required in full at time of registration. Payment by Check or Money Order Only. A Collection Fee will
    be charged for each check returned by the Bank. Make checks payable to “City of Los Angeles”.
•   There are no make-up classes if participant is absent.
•   L.A. Kids classes are free. Registrants need to complete a self-certification form.
•   Monthly Class fees are due on the first of each month for on-going classes or programs.
•   Participants with unpaid fees will not be allowed to register for additional classes until all fees are paid.
•   REFUND POLICY: “Full refunds are only issued when the Recreation Center cancels the activity. A 15% cancellation
    fee is assessed for all refunds. Changes or transfers per class, sports league or day camp registration may be assessed
    additional fees. After the first day of a session, the Recreation Center issues a partial refund to patrons withdrawing
    from the activity”
•   There are no reserved spaces unless fees are paid in advance.
•   All programs contained in this brochure may be subject to cancellation.

   LA KIDS is a grant based program offered by the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks.

                Free Youth Summer Lunch Program
Panorama Recreation Center is proud to be part of Los Angeles City’s Free Lunch
Program offered to children in our community ages 1 to 18 years old. Each day children will receive a
nutritious lunch including juice and milk. The lunch program is a nine week program beginning June 27
- August 26. Lunch will be served Monday through Friday, 11:30am - 12:30pm. Lunch is first come,
first served. A snack will be served 3-330pm.

 Quarterly meetings give the community a chance to let the Recreation Director how to better serve them.

                  Open June 25 through Labor Day,

 Brought to Panorama City by the Department of Water and Power and
           maintained by Department of Recreation & Parks.
       Splash Pad may be shut down at any time for maintenance.
                            Splash Pad Rules
No Animals/Pets Allowed
No Bikes, Skateboards, Rollerblades or Scooters
No Alcoholic Beverages
No Smoking
Children must be supervised by an adult
No running, no water balloons, no eating or drinking in splash pad
No climbing on equipment

    Staff will pick up children from Chase Elementary or can be dropped off.
           Fee: $60.00 per month, 2nd child $55.00 per month
Our caring and experienced staff helps your child with their homework in
a nurturing, well-supervised environment. Children will receive a healthy
snack each day. Indoor and outdoor games will be organized when home-
work is completed. This programs runs during the regular school year,
September through June.
