Anne also claimed James had lots of money put in safe deposit at hotel…never happened.
James Harrod with the family pet “Leo”. Known for barking at any noise especially if he were to come home after a night out, including the night of the murder. Anne did not hear dog? Why? Didn’t bark? She would have mentioned it.

The Crime Scene
Notice steep mountain, dogs and patrol. No sign of anyone using mountain for travel to Jeanne’s home. Police arrived in 10 minutes blocked off this back street . No way for anyone to escape thru desert.
