Get valuable real-life solutions and advice from expert real estate lawyer Oliver Frascona on how to avoid
misrepresentation and fraud. What constitutes misrepresentation? What do you need to disclose about the
physical conditions of a property? What about psychologically-stigmatized properties? How does Arizona
Revised Statute 32-2156 apply? This engaging course will give you answers to these questions and most
importantly give you solutions to prevent problems relating to disclosure. You’ll also learn your disclosure
responsibilities in regards to environmental hazards including lead based paint, asbestos, contaminated ground
