Dear Workshop Students, Thank you for registering for the 2008____________________________. Before camp begins, read this letter carefully so that you know what you will need. Workshop activities officially begin DATE TIME AND PLACE. Before you are given your room key, meal ticket, and workshop materials, we will ask for these items at registration: 1. Signed Permission Form and Medical Services Form The medical form is on the page entitled Workshop Rules and Information. This form was included in the registration process, but if there is one enclosed in this packet, we have not received it. Please complete it and bring it with you to registration. In addition, the permission form, signed by your parents, must be presented at registration. Please be sure you and your parents READ and SIGN both forms. Both forms must be accounted for at the registration tables or by July 21 (or July 20 if coming on Sunday). General Information INSERT CLOTHING AND DRESS CODE INFORMATION HERE Keep safety in mind as well when walking. A buddy or roommate is recommended, as well as groups when making the trip to classes in the morning and evening. Cars If you plan to drive to camp you must immediately after parking your car, turn your car keys in to the counselors before you proceed to Andersen for class. For safety reasons, students cannot drive their cars during the workshop. Keys will be returned at checkout Thursday. Students who violate this rule with an extra set of keys will be sent home. Food INCLUDE MEAL AND SNACK INFO Spending money Your tuition payment includes all regular meals beginning with lunch on DATE to breakfast DATE. Workshop Materials Bring something to take notes with, and your camera for the first class meeting. If you are bringing your own laptop, please be sure you bring your power cords and any additional items needed.
