Description of the System Analyst
The Systems Analyst works with the System Architect and Business Lead to develop the high level design of the application (software,
user interface, business logic) and ensures that the design follows DHS architecture standards and meets the business requirements.
The Systems Analyst performs much of the complex design, analysis and technical research on the system and oversees the day-to-day
needs of programmers, their workload, and technical problem resolution.
