• 3 prenatal check-ups at Metropolitan; 1st = 8 wks AOG and last prenatal = 30 wks AOG • Upon UTZ, findings of OLIGOHYDRAMNIOS, (-) comorbidities • (+) MV and FeSO4 • (-) maternal illness • (-) use of illicit drugs • (-) exposure to radiation • (-) use of teratogenic substances
Perinatal History
Few hours PTC, px experienced contractions and labor pains. Px also noted spotting and consequently, rupture of the bag of H20. Hence consult.
