					                                              Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
This Roasted Red Pepper Sauce is great over many dishes, such as meatloaf, cooked chicken breasts or scrambled
eggs. There are only 2 main ingredients. Keep your pantry stocked with these items so that you can make this flavorful
sauce at a moment’s notice.



Ingredients:

1 (14.5 oz) can no salt added plum tomatoes, undrained
                                                                                          as
1 (12 oz) jar marinated roasted red bell peppers in olive oil and garlic, undrained (such as Cento)
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp ground chipotle pepper, or to taste



Directions:

Place all sauce ingredients in food processor or blender. Process or blend until smooth. Heat sauce in microwave or
range top until hot.
