Antigua Sailing Week 2009—by Stan Medved
Antigua for this race from various countries all over
the world. Our greatest treat however, was that we
were guests on one of only two boats that were
allowed to follow the race along with the racing

fighting for position. The sun was brilliant casting

Random Acts of Kindness...
Cassie Wurtz handed her wakeboarding expertise - and her
wakeboard - down to the next generation by gifting Kelsey Uhlin her
old wakeboard after taking Kelsey out for a lesson earlier in the day.
As mom Karen Uhlin said, "We have such wonderful people in the
Club. We meet more of them every time we come out."
Way to go Cassie and thank you!

Lagoon Berth Status
DYC has several berths in a back lagoon available for rent to
members on a first come, first served basis. Rental charges vary
according to size of berth your boat requires and are paid on a yearly
basis in addition to regular dues.
The lagoon is sheltered, and less effected by wakes, wind and
noise of the Stockton Water Channel.
If you would like to be added to the waiting list for berth, please
